Green Heron on its nest:
The previous shot shows a Tri-color with her beak into a nest with three pretty blue eggs which I thought were hers. The screaming Green Heron I saw nearby turns out not to be the invader but rather the mother as it is she I found sitting on the nest. Things are not always what they seem at first.
