Garden Key Light from inside the hexagonal fortress of Ft. Jefferson - Gibraltar of the Gulf!!
The birds are female Great Frigatebirds. They have a seven ft wingspan and are beautiful to watch. Riding the thermals around the lighthouse, they seem almost suspended in place.
